✅ Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals.
• Not eligible for return: opened filter cartridges, used/installed products, and clearance items.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with a new one at no extra cost.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
